As a senior development engineer at Drive13, you will integrate interdisciplinary concepts to tackle complex challenges in Electric Motors. You will be responsible for:

• Defining system-level requirements and technical specifications for customer-specific projects.

• Monitoring technology trends and aligning innovations with market needs.

• Acting as the primary technical liaison with customers from initial discussions to project delivery.

• Taking on a technical project management role, coordinating expert teams to exceed customer expectations.

• Contributing to Drive13’s strategy by identifying opportunities for new developments and partnerships.

• MSc / PhD in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong background in electrical machine design, thermal management, or mechanical engineering.

• Hands-on experience with simulation tools and system modeling.

• At least one year of industry experience in system architecture, preferably in electromobility or power electronics.

• Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
